It is a powerful, diffusive blackcurrant accord built around the bud, leaf and fruity facets. It smells green, sharp, a bit metallic, loud on the fruity and aerial side of the base.
It can be used in many accords : floral notes (jasmin, muguet, peony) as well as fruity accord : pear, peach, grapefruit; also in fresh masculine accord, (with Allyl Amyl Glicolate and Triplal for modern top notes).
It's quite easy to overdose it so use it in traces at first (0,2% to 3% at first).
Cassis base 345f was used in many known perfumes :
Angel, Paris, J'Adore and MANY release by FIRM. around 1990 to 2010s.
